In the event your jacket does not fit properly, we will work extensively with you to try and find you the perfect fit. If we are not able to fit your jacket to your satisfaction, you will be refunded once all products have been returned to us. Note: for made-to-order jackets with unique configurations, colors and/or fit adjustments, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Training, T-Shirts, Accessories:

Refunds will be issued if the request is made within 14 days of receipt and once the returned products have been received.
